A self proclaimed yarn enthusiast, Ava Vossoughi is a textile and apparel designer currently based in New York City. Born into a family of artists and designers Ava grew up with a love for color and pattern which inspired her move across the country from Portland OR to Providence RI to study at the prestigious Rhode Island School of Design where she received her honors BFA in textiles. A daughter of Iranian immigrants, Ava has always full-heartedly embraced her roots and often finds inspiration in Persian culture.
