Poppies
Beginning as simple drawings, the Poppy flower, a symbol of beauty and danger, femininity and resurrection, quickly inspired this silkscreen series. The flower continued to inspire my future work and was eventually develop to be digitally embroidered for my thesis collection, Nowruz.
